About the role
The Duty Manager serves as the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor all night arrivals, ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly.
- Ensure all reservations are honoured or dealt with promptly.
- Handle VIP room inspections, arrivals and departures.
- Address guest satisfaction issues and follow up in a timely manner.
- Complete the night audit according to resort standards.
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
- Keep team members updated on hotel products, services, rates, and facilities.
- Attend required training sessions.
