E-Commerce Assistant – Lifestyle, Cosmetics & Fragrance

About the role

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for an E‑Commerce Assistant who optimises and scales online sales channels. The role drives digital revenue by overseeing platform operations, executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, curating product catalogues and analysing consumer data to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day backend operations of e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and Noon to ensure flawless functionality, smooth user experience and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage product listings, update digital assets and coordinate inventory accuracy and pricing strategies across multiple sales channels.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing and SEO/SEM to increase organic and paid traffic.
• Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track user behaviour, monitor KPIs and conduct A/B testing to maximise sales and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams, inventory managers and logistics partners to ensure seamless order processing, shipping and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven hands‑on experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with leading e‑commerce CMS, CRM tools and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising platforms and conversion rate optimisation principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate website metrics into actionable business strategies.
