E-commerce Manager – Middle East

About the role

Sacoor Brothers, an international premium fashion brand, is seeking an E‑commerce Manager for the Middle East to drive online sales across GCC markets. You will own the online shop from the first click to the delivered parcel, setting strategy and executing the work.

Key responsibilities

• Grow online revenue across GCC markets and achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Run the Shopify Plus shop, including Arabic site and localized content for each market.
• Plan and execute peak‑season campaigns such as Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, DSS and National Days.
• Manage paid advertising (Google and Meta), SEO, and CRM initiatives.
• Oversee external agencies, control the e‑commerce budget and track ROI.
• Improve the customer journey from first visit to repeat purchase.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Retail teams on delivery, returns, payment options and omnichannel integration.
• Report weekly and monthly on sales, traffic and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• At least 3 years managing e‑commerce in the GCC, with Saudi Arabia experience a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Google Analytics.
• Experience with local payment and delivery options (COD, BNPL, last‑mile partners).
• Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets and sales targets.
• Comfortable with numbers, Excel and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic and Portuguese are advantageous.
