E-Commerce Manager (Part-time, Hybrid)

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will lead the daily operations of our online learning platform, ensuring product listings, user journeys and conversion rates are continuously optimized. This part‑time, hybrid position is based in Sharjah with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day platform operations, including course listings and pricing.
• Optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates through data‑driven insights.
• Monitor site performance, analytics and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and manage customer inquiries related to courses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the catalog.
• Support sales operations and maintain accurate content.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and ensure alignment with brand standards and learner needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret e‑commerce data and recommend improvements.
• Experience in business planning and sales operations for online products.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Background in e‑commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
• Basic familiarity with SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e‑commerce or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and comfort with analytics tools.
