E-Commerce & Online Activation Specialist (English & Arabic)

About the role

The E‑Commerce & Online Activation Specialist (English & Arabic speaking) drives online sales performance and ensures flawless campaign activation across e‑commerce platforms and digital retail partners. Acting as the bridge between brand and commercial teams, the role optimises online touchpoints for local relevance and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution of e‑commerce activities across key online retailers and marketplaces, ensuring best‑in‑class shelf execution.
• Track and analyse e‑commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sell‑out, share, ROI) and recommend optimisation actions.
• Lead digital activation of brand campaigns across e‑commerce and retailer media platforms, coordinating promotions, launches and seasonal events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for e‑commerce topics with distributors, retailers and local partners.
• Maintain brand consistency and a high‑quality consumer experience across all online touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online activation.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care or consumer goods is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals (online shelf, conversion levers, retail media, promotions).
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, dashboards, retailer platforms and Google Analytics.
