Early Childhood Trainer

About the role

The Early Childhood Trainer will work closely with a team of trainers to deliver high‑quality early‑years training programmes for Arabian Child clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Gulf region. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing courses, as well as supporting learners throughout their development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver accredited early‑childhood training courses.
• Assess learner progress, conduct observations and provide feedback.
• Track student performance using online tools and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate training schedules and collaborate with fellow trainers.
• Meet with learners to discuss progress and answer course‑related queries.
• Represent Arabian Child at conferences, forums and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with children under five.
• At least 3 years experience as a mentor, trainer or supervisor.
• Native English speaker.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CACHE courses and assessment methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Experience using an online learning management system to assign homework and track progress.
• Valid driver’s licence in the United Arab Emirates.
