Early Years Teacher – Dubai Nursery

About the role

Emirates British Nursery (EBN) delivers the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum aligned with the British National Curriculum, providing a balanced early childhood education in Dubai. As an Early Years Teacher you will support children’s physical, emotional and educational development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities that promote independent learning and align with EYFS standards.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, health and security of all children throughout the day.
• Monitor, assess and record each child’s progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all students, encouraging inclusion.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children’s development.
• Collaborate with management and undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus a Level III vocational certificate in early childhood care and education; alternatively, a high school diploma with the same vocational certificate and at least two years’ experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Current residence in Dubai or willingness to relocate.
