Early Years Teacher (EYFS) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for experienced and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers to join its high‑performing team from August 2026. You will deliver high‑quality early years education within an international British curriculum, fostering a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing tailored support for social, emotional and academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and integrate AI‑driven learning tools.
• Maintain a safe, well‑organized EYFS classroom and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s achievements and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Early Years Teacher Status, PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching EYFS or early childhood in a British‑based curriculum.
• Strong commitment to the Academy’s values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
