Early Years Teacher – EYFS (Full‑Time)

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to join its dynamic team from August 2026. You will deliver high‑quality early years education within an international British curriculum, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for the youngest learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that support social, emotional and academic development.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate AI‑driven learning tools and uphold the school’s core values.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Early Years Teaching Certificate, B.Ed.) and experience in EYFS or similar settings.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to inclusive practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Alignment with the school’s values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
