About the role

GEMS Education is seeking an Early Years Teacher to join its innovative School of Research and Innovation in Dubai, starting in January 2027. The role focuses on delivering a personalised, technology‑enhanced curriculum for Pre‑Prep and Prep learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Early Years curriculum using gamification and advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage actively with parents and the wider school community, including extra‑curricular activities.
• Maintain high standards of learning and teaching, reflecting on practice and seeking solutions.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent; Masters or equivalent is desirable.
• Proven experience teaching Early Years.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused.
• Creative, enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills.
• Track record of outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
• Aspiration to work in a world‑class school and contribute positively to its community.
