Ecommerce Manager – B2C Platform Launch

About the role

Bamboo Card is launching Statero, a new B2C digital rewards platform. As the Ecommerce Manager you will be one of the first hires responsible for building and scaling the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for global consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the B2C platform, including catalog listing, pricing, stock availability and visual merchandising across multiple categories.
• Analyze user funnels, site speed, checkout flow and cart abandonment to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, flash sales, bundle deals and regional promotions in coordination with marketing.
• Monitor payment gateway performance, checkout success rates and fraud‑prevention rules.
• Collaborate with product and supplier teams to secure exclusive digital gift‑card inventory and localized catalogs.
• Track and report core e‑commerce KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, CAC, repeat purchase rate and CLV.

Required profile

• 6+ years managing a high‑volume B2C e‑commerce platform or digital marketplace.
• Proven experience in 0‑to‑1 environments, building category structures and operational processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to increase revenue without raising ad spend.
• Familiarity with cross‑border payments, multi‑currency checkout and digital voucher delivery.
