E‑Commerce Specialist – MEA

About the role

ECCO is seeking an E‑Commerce Specialist to drive online sales and ensure a seamless customer experience across its digital channels and marketplaces in the Middle East & Africa region. You will manage day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations and support seasonal campaigns, product launches and new digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, content, pricing, promotions and stock availability on e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Monitor online sales performance and key KPIs such as conversion, traffic, AOV and sell‑through.
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights that improve sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements for e‑commerce performance and the customer journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or online retail, preferably in fashion, footwear or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, online trading and commercial KPIs.
• Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
