EHS Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Teacher to join our team in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality EHS training to a diverse audience and ensuring that learning outcomes meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver EHS training programmes and curricula.
• Conduct classroom and on‑site training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to improve competency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with organisational safety objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering).
• Relevant EHS/HSE industry experience.
• Proven teaching or training experience.
• Recognised certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA and/or ISO 45001.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of EHS standards and regulations.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training content.
• Familiarity with NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA and ISO 45001 frameworks.
