E‑Invoicing Consultant

About the role

The United Al Saqer Group is seeking an E‑Invoicing Consultant to support and optimise its electronic invoicing processes across multiple business units. You will act as the functional bridge between business users, Finance, Tax, IT, ERP teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth transaction flows and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist business users with day‑to‑day e‑invoicing activities, monitoring creation, transmission, validation and reporting.
• Analyse and resolve e‑invoicing transaction and processing issues.
• Liaise with ERP, IT and external providers to troubleshoot integration, interface and data‑quality problems.
• Support system configuration, enhancements, testing and rollout of e‑invoicing solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios and scripts; conduct UAT and regression testing.
• Verify invoice data for compliance with UAE VAT and e‑invoicing regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier master data and financial configurations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of e‑invoicing processes and VAT compliance requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems and integration projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
