Electrical Foreman – HVAC Installation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the HVAC electrical installation team for our projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising electricians and helpers, ensuring safe and compliant installation of power and control systems, and coordinating with other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and helpers on HVAC electrical installation activities.
• Ensure proper installation of power cables, control cables, conduits, cable trays, isolators, starters and junction boxes.
• Perform and supervise cable pulling, glanding, termination and connection works for HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, BMS teams and other disciplines for equipment connections and testing.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC electrical systems.
• Report daily progress, manpower status, material requirements and site issues to the HVAC/Electrical Supervisor.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC electrical installation works.
• Experience on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial or EPC HVAC projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of HVAC electrical installation and control wiring.
• Understanding of HVAC equipment starters, VFDs, MCC connections and isolators.
• Proficiency in cable pulling, glanding, termination and connection of power and control cables.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and coordinate with BMS systems.
