Electrical Foreman

About the role

The Electrical Foreman will supervise, coordinate and execute all electrical works across construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, local authority regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Civil/MEP site activities, including excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing works and MEP installations.
• Schedule and assign tasks to construction crews, technicians, electricians, plumbers and other skilled workers while monitoring productivity.
• Monitor progress of works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, testing requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site‑related technical and operational issues, coordinating corrective actions with engineers.
• Prepare daily work plans and arrange required manpower, materials, tools, equipment and site access in coordination with the Site Engineer.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising electrical works within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, wiring systems, GI conduits and cable tray installations.
• Hands‑on experience with LV switchgear installations, cable terminations, earthing and lightning protection systems.
• Good understanding of DEWA, ADDC and other local authority regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
