About the role
Join the hotel’s engineering team in Dubai, where you will ensure the safety, functionality and comfort of guest rooms and public areas by delivering timely maintenance and repairs. Your work will directly contribute to memorable guest experiences and uphold the high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities: ensure physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to service requests: promptly handle guest calls and work orders from team members.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: carry out repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify needs.
- Document maintenance activities: record inspections, repairs and flag issues for further attention.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize guest disruption.
