Electronics Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient Electronics Engineer with 5‑7 years of experience in marine, dredging, or heavy‑industrial environments. The engineer will support the Technical Fleet Management E&A Division by performing hands‑on activities on electronic, instrumentation, navigation, and communication systems both onboard vessels and in our workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, calibrate, commission, and repair electronic and instrumentation systems, including sensors, transducers, control equipment, and marine communication devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis on electronic circuits, PCB assemblies, and control systems.
• Maintain accurate technical reports, maintenance logs, calibration records, and system performance documentation.
• Collaborate with electrical, automation, and technical teams to resolve complex issues and support system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, FANR, and TDRA regulatory standards.
• Support spare‑parts identification, specification preparation, procurement, and inventory monitoring.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience with marine or industrial electronic systems.
• Proven ability to work in workshop environments and aboard vessels.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for marine electronics.
• Excellent documentation and record‑keeping skills.
