Nology Store is looking for a sharp, active, market‑driven Electronics Sourcing Executive based in Dubai, primarily focusing on phone accessories and gadgets. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting suppliers, finding quality products, comparing prices and uncovering opportunities before competitors.

Key responsibilities

• Visit electronics markets, wholesale areas, shops and supplier locations across Dubai.
• Identify new suppliers ranging from small traders to large distributors.
• Source hard‑to‑find or competitively priced products for the Qatar market.
• Collect pricing, stock availability, delivery options and product specifications.
• Compare supplier offers and recommend the best buying cost for Nology.
• Negotiate prices, terms and supply conditions to secure favourable deals.
• Maintain and update a supplier database with contacts, categories and notes.
• Provide regular market updates, including photos, prices and supplier insights.
• Support urgent product requests from Nology Qatar and ensure order readiness.
• Verify product quality, packaging, warranty and authenticity before recommendation.
