Elementary Classroom Teacher – August 2026 start

About the role

PostADNOC Schools is seeking high‑performing elementary classroom teachers to join ADNOC School in Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, starting August 2026. You will deliver the Massachusetts State Curriculum to a diverse student body, fostering a 21st‑century learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a supportive climate for learning and set clear, challenging objectives.
• Design and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of SEN, gifted, and average learners.
• Use assessment for learning, analyse performance data, and adjust planning accordingly.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate resources, including ICT tools.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and record achievement systematically.

Required profile

• Experience planning and delivering curriculum‑based lessons in an elementary setting.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour and promote punctuality and high standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and data‑driven instruction.
