About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking enthusiastic Elementary Classroom Teachers to join the Madinat Zayed Campus starting August 2026. You will deliver the Massachusetts State Curriculum to young learners, fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate instruction for SEN, very able, and average students.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies, questioning techniques, and appropriate resources.
• Assess learning objectives, mark work regularly, and set progress targets.
• Utilise performance data to inform planning and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Record student progress systematically and adjust instruction accordingly.
