Emirati Architect – Sustainable Design Projects

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a talented Emirati Architect to join its Architecture team. You will work on high‑profile, sustainable projects across multiple sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers to deliver innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of concept, schematic and detailed architectural designs for diverse project types.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, BIM models, visualisations and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD and other industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, sustainability and other engineering teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
• Prepare design reports, technical specifications and documentation for each project stage.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and compliance checks as part of project delivery.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in an architectural or design consultancy environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and technical capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
