Emirati Engineering Associate Program

About the role

Join Johnson Controls' Emirati Engineering Program, a two‑year fast‑track initiative designed to develop future engineering leaders in the UAE and across the Middle East and Africa. You will rotate through six assignments covering installation, service operations, and technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and specifications to install and calibrate building systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues in the field.
• Support customers with clear technical solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in pre‑sales, inside sales and front‑line sales activities, including product presentations, market analysis and negotiation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Sustainability Engineering or a related field.
• UAE national with a family book.
• Passion for an engineering‑based career and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
