Emirati Officer – Internal Audit Support (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an Emirati Officer to join our internal audit function. This entry‑level position will provide day‑to‑day support to the audit team, helping to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance across the organisation. The role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in audit and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Audit team with daily audit activities and data collection.
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers and preliminary reports.
• Support compliance checks and internal control reviews.
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain audit‑related information.
• Maintain organized filing systems and audit records for reference.
• Track audit findings and follow‑up actions.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the audit function.

Required profile

• Emirati national, fresh graduate or new to the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of internal audit or accounting principles (a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the internal audit field.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
