Emirati Talent Internship Program

About the role

The Emirati Talent Internship Program offers final‑year Emirati students a chance to work with KPMG’s Audit, Tax or Consulting teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Starting in June 2026, interns will gain hands‑on experience supporting client projects while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work model that accommodates their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering high‑impact solutions across your chosen capability.
• Assist daily business operations and departmental initiatives to understand professional services.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and client walkthroughs.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a Family Book, available full‑time.
• Final‑year bachelor student with a minimum GPA of 3.0, studying Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Risk Management.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in Arabic and English.
