Emirati Talent Rotational Program – 18 Month Graduate Role

About the role

ABB is offering an 18‑month rotational graduate program in Dubai, focused on its Motion Business Area. The program combines rotations in inside sales, marketing, operations, project management and product knowledge, giving fresh electrical engineering graduates a fast‑track into the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four to six rotations covering sales, marketing, operations and project management.
• Conduct research and analysis projects to support business decisions.
• Engage with mentors and senior leaders to develop technical and leadership capabilities.
• Deliver on assigned business results and meaningful assignments.
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars and networking events.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to ABB’s Motion division.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational abilities and a proactive attitude.
