Emiratisation Talent Sourcing Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – Emiratisation Talent Sourcing leads the design and execution of sourcing strategies to attract, engage and hire UAE National talent across Majid Al Futtaim’s diverse businesses. This role partners with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to build sustainable talent pipelines that support current and future workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and hiring targets.
• Lead talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives to identify high‑potential UAE National candidates.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines using government partnerships, universities, professional networks and digital platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, manage sourcing SLAs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Leverage data analytics to assess outcomes, provide insights to business leaders and continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, track industry trends and benchmark competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with Emiratisation regulations, MOHRE requirements and internal policies.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction programmes, including career fairs and national talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive expertise in talent sourcing and stakeholder management within the UAE National talent market.
• Deep knowledge of Emiratisation programmes, recruitment best practices and sourcing technologies.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities, with a proven ability to coach and develop sourcing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
