Emiratization Graduate Program – Tekamul at BDO

About the role

BDO UAE is launching a 12‑month Emiratization graduate program (Tekamul) for recent Emirati graduates. The programme combines on‑the‑job learning, formal classroom training and e‑learning to develop future professionals in audit, advisory and tax.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across Audit & Assurance, Advisory and Tax teams to gain broad exposure to professional services.
• Support client engagements under senior mentorship, contributing to financial statement reviews, business analysis and tax compliance tasks.
• Participate in structured training sessions, e‑learning modules and internal networking events.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to real‑world client challenges.
• Manage multiple priorities and project timelines while adhering to firm standards.

Required profile

• Recent Emirati graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Effective project and time‑management skills for handling simultaneous assignments.
• Eager learner ready to embrace new challenges and make a real impact.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
