Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Employee Relations Specialist to join our fast‑growing HR team in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, helping to build a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee‑relations issues.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
• Partner with business leaders to resolve workplace challenges and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Lead employee‑engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, wellness activities and culture‑building events.
• Analyse feedback, engagement surveys, turnover trends and exit‑interview data to propose improvement actions.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions and internal mobility.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare actionable reports.
• Support performance‑management processes by coaching managers on best practices.
• Maintain HR documentation, disciplinary records and employee files securely.
• Assist in developing HR policies, employee handbooks and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, organized and problem‑solving mindset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience in the real‑estate or property sector is a plus.
