Employment Law Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture Legal’s Employment Law team is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic counsel and manage complex employment matters across the region. You will work within the CORE function, collaborating with HR, Employee Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, and senior leadership to deliver high‑impact legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pragmatic employment law advice on a broad range of HR and employee‑relations issues to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee litigation and pre‑litigation matters, coordinating with the Employee Relations team and external counsel.
• Support transactional work, including outsourcing agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and joint‑venture deals, handling due diligence, risk management, and post‑deal integration.
• Advise on industrial relations, collective bargaining, and consultation requirements.
• Develop internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources for the region.
• Manage external law‑firm relationships, including budgeting and performance oversight.
• Monitor legal developments affecting Accenture and integrate relevant changes into practice.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with post‑qualification experience in employment law, preferably both in private practice and an in‑house setting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex advisory, litigation, and transactional matters.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
