End User Security Engineer – DLP

About the role

The End User Security Engineer will provide hands‑on support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and endpoint data protection across the organization, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information on Windows devices.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot DLP policies and endpoint security controls.
• Investigate and manage DLP incidents involving USB devices, email, web uploads, printing and other endpoint activities.
• Support user adoption, awareness and remediation of DLP policy violations.
• Assist with data classification, sensitive data identification and endpoint protection initiatives.
• Analyze DLP alerts, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with IT, Security Operations and business users to resolve endpoint security issues.
• Maintain incident records, operational reports, documentation and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint security or DLP.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience handling DLP incidents and working directly with end users.
