Engagement Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Engagement Manager (EM) owns the end‑to‑end customer outcome: translating client problems into scalable Model ML workflows, running a clean operating cadence, and driving adoption through clear governance and communication. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows while balancing platform constraints and building reusable playbooks.
• Maintain clean tracking across dashboards, hubs, and Notion pages, keeping usage, adoption, and health metrics up to date.
• Provide high‑signal communication: send agendas, capture decisions, publish action logs, and surface trade‑offs and blockers early.
• Build trusted, data‑driven client relationships, own trial‑to‑conversion‑to‑renewal motion, and drive adoption while measuring ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier‑1 consultancies.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency to reason about workflows, data, and failure modes.
• Excellent operational hygiene with reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑changing environment and willing to travel within the region.
