Engagement Manager – Internal Communications (Infrastructure EPC)

About the role

The Engagement Manager will lead employee engagement, internal communications, and event/program management for a leading civil infrastructure EPC in the UAE. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure employees feel informed, recognized, and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual employee engagement strategy.
• Coordinate internal events and programs across project sites.
• Draft and distribute internal announcements and communications.
• Analyze employee survey feedback and recommend improvements.
• Work directly with employees on‑site to foster engagement.
• Drive the internal engagement agenda to build pride and connection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employee experience, HR, corporate communications or events.
• Preferable experience in construction, engineering, contracting, real estate or large operational organisations.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
