Engineer I-C Maintenance

About the role

The Engineer I-C Maintenance will plan, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for a wide range of instrument and control systems within the plant. The role ensures reliable operation by working closely with operations, mechanical and electrical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance for instrument and control equipment.
• Provide technical support for equipment testing, troubleshooting, start‑up and critical maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate manpower, material, spares and tools to meet the agreed work plan.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support major maintenance, upgrades and new project commissioning, including technical bid evaluation and material inspection.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise and train assigned staff, and contribute to budget preparation.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in instrument and control system maintenance.
• Proven ability to plan and supervise maintenance activities in an industrial plant.
• Strong coordination skills with mechanical, electrical and operations teams.
• Experience in managing resources, manpower and material logistics.
