Engineer – Projects Supply Chain

About the role

The Engineer, Projects Supply Operations is responsible for designing and developing new supply‑chain projects within ADNOC Distribution’s Operations Division. The role manages the full project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control capital budgets, scope of work and technical specifications for new projects.
• Lead weekly site meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate tender and procurement activities, supporting pre‑qualification, site visits and technical evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, process safety and product integrity requirements throughout project execution.
• Manage handover to Operations, develop commissioning procedures and maintain client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Science or Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 6–8 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, maintenance and project delivery.

Required skills

• Project budgeting and cost control.
• Technical evaluation of designs, specifications and contractor proposals.
