About the role

We are seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead cutting‑edge AI squads for a leading artificial‑intelligence company. Based on‑site in Abu Dhabi, you will work in a world‑class environment, guiding front‑end, back‑end and machine‑learning engineers to deliver secure enterprise applications that turn advanced research into real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver complex AI projects.
• Define and implement best practices for AI model development and deployment.
• Contribute to the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers and translate concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with research and industry trends to foster innovation.
• Ensure ethical AI development across critical sectors.

Required profile

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in natural language processing and deep learning.
• Hands‑on experience with transformer‑based models and LLM architectures.
• Track record of publications or patents is a plus.
