Engineering Manager for Growth Foundations

About the role

As an Engineering Manager within the Growth Foundations team, you will lead a cross‑functional group of engineers building AI‑native growth tools and core infrastructure that powers user acquisition, communication, and martech at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support engineers delivering growth‑critical systems and features.
• Collaborate daily with Product and Design to define scope, set priorities and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain clear expectations, realistic estimates and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, foster a culture of accountability and improve team processes across time zones.
• Stay hands‑on by writing production‑grade code and leveraging AI tooling to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering high‑quality results.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a focus on coaching, clarity and empowerment.
• Solid backend technical foundation and a track record as an individual contributor.
• Experience working in distributed, remote‑first environments.

Required skills

• Modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Go or Python.
• AI‑driven development tools used daily for automation.
• Backend architecture and design discussions.
• Product mindset with focus on user impact and key metrics.
