Engineering Support

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Support professional to manage maintenance activities for client accounts and coordinate a dedicated team in Dubai. The role involves preparing proposals, handling work orders, and serving as the primary contact for case resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for maintenance services and act as main contact for logged cases.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for maintenance requests and AMC services.
• Plan and deploy manpower required for job execution, including site visits and instruction on scope, timelines, and locations.
• Monitor progress of work orders, source and procure maintenance items, and coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers.
• Handle work permits, update NetSuite daily, and prepare monthly reports.
• Attend client meetings, support tender preparation, and follow up on maintenance proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.
• 3‑4 years experience in a security services company.
• Strong project coordination abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficient computer skills.
