About the role

Aldar Education, the leading education group in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a qualified English Teacher to join its network of schools. The role starts immediately and involves delivering high‑quality English instruction within an inclusive, play‑based learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a positive climate for learning, set clear objectives, and differentiate instruction for SEN, EAL, and gifted students.
• Utilise assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning and track progress.
• Incorporate ICT tools to enhance teaching and student outcomes.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Mark student work regularly, set targets, and keep systematic progress records.

Required profile

• Passionate about inspiring and challenging students in their formative years.
• Collaborative team player committed to the educational goals of Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to deliver the English National Curriculum, American Massachusetts State Curriculum, or IB Diploma Programme.
• Experience supporting diverse learners, including SEN, EAL, and gifted students.
