Enterprise Account Executive – Growth

About the role

MongoDB is seeking a high‑caliber Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Middle East private‑sector market, focusing on the UAE, the Gulf region and strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role is centred on new‑business acquisition, expanding existing enterprise accounts and partnering with technical teams to help customers modernise their data platforms and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and close a high‑quality pipeline across the Middle East private‑sector territory.
• Develop and execute a territory plan targeting CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior engineering leaders.
• Create and close complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles for new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Professional Services and channel partners to align technical and business value.
• Participate in world‑class enablement programs and ongoing leadership development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software sales experience in a fast‑paced market.
• Proven success in closing net‑new logos and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to enterprise private‑sector organisations across the Middle East, especially UAE and Gulf markets.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills across email, phone, social and partner‑led motions.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and business goals.
• Based in Dubai or willing to work from Dubai under a hybrid model.
