Enterprise Account Executive

We built the product that powers the fast apps you use every day, from weather checks to flight status. At Redis you’ll help customers adopt Redis Enterprise, the world’s most loved database, by selling our real‑time data platform to leading organisations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory.
• Identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, delivering the value they expect from Redis.
• Work independently and with the team, up‑selling and cross‑selling solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS technology to enterprise clients.
• Consultative, value‑based approach to selling open‑source software for cloud, on‑premise and hybrid deployments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can‑do attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
• Deep understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex solutions simply.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
