Enterprise Account Executive MEA – Dubai

About the role

Thinkproject is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the MEA region, based in Dubai, to drive new‑business growth for its construction‑software platform. The role focuses on acquiring untapped customers and expanding the company’s footprint in the Gulf market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win net‑new logos across large accounts in Dubai and the wider MEA territory.
• Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans, leveraging inbound leads, networking, account‑based marketing and social outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings, present the Thinkproject value proposition and tailor solutions to customer outcomes.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast, collaborating with Technical Sales, Services, Marketing and Partner Management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to refine the sales strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience selling SaaS or cloud‑based solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to understand complex customer challenges and position outcome‑based solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
