Enterprise Account Executive – Retail (UAE)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a top‑performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead engagement with strategic retail customers across the UAE. You will own the full account strategy, executive alignment and multi‑cloud growth plans, positioning Salesforce as a transformation partner for the region’s most influential retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic portfolio of enterprise retail accounts, covering existing relationships and new‑logo opportunities.
• Define and execute multi‑year growth plans aligned with customer business priorities, driving revenue and market presence.
• Navigate complex deal cycles, coordinate internal teams across CRM, AI, Data Cloud and Industry Cloud, and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Act as the primary executive sponsor from Salesforce, guiding long‑term digital transformation outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven success in enterprise software or cloud technology sales, with a track record of closing large, multi‑cloud deals.
• Deep understanding of the retail sector or similarly capital‑intensive industries.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level stakeholders, influence decisions and lead account teams.
• University‑level education, based in the UAE (or willing to relocate within three months) and a valid UAE driving licence.
