Enterprise Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, resource‑driven Enterprise Account Manager to join Checkout.com’s Commercial team in Dubai. In this role you will act as the primary post‑integration advisor for our largest merchants, helping them navigate the global payments landscape and grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchant‑specific plans that drive revenue and ROI.
• Analyse payment data to improve acceptance rates, reduce false declines and optimise checkout flows.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Maintain high‑touch, consultative relationships to prevent churn and resolve complex issues.
• Lead commercial negotiations with enterprise merchants, balancing short‑term challenges with long‑term partnership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Legal and Product teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management experience in payments or a digital‑first business.
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies, e‑commerce and emerging financial ecosystem trends.
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets, reducing churn and driving expansion revenue.
• Resilience in high‑pressure situations and ability to handle demanding enterprise stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn transaction data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
