Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise and SMB customers in Dubai, driving revenue growth across Microsoft CSP solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure and end‑user computing. You will work closely with IT leaders, procurement and business decision‑makers to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned enterprise and SMB accounts, achieving revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a sales pipeline and acquire new logos.
• Promote Microsoft CSP solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Modern Workplace) and cybersecurity offerings (endpoint, email, identity, cloud and network security).
• Sell enterprise infrastructure products including servers, storage, virtualization, backup and HCI solutions.
• Promote networking solutions such as switching, wireless, SD‑WAN and network security.
• Collaborate with presales and vendors to prepare proposals and customer presentations.
• Maintain CRM updates, opportunity tracking and accurate sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of UAE IT sales experience.
• Experience in at least two of the following domains: Microsoft CSP & Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, End‑User Computing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
