Enterprise Application Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Application Specialist will analyse ERP functionality, design tailored solutions and support both internal and external customers to optimise business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps in ERP functionality and deliver tailored solutions to internal and external customers.
• Develop application requirements, create workflow diagrams, write technical specifications and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Design, test and deploy innovative solutions using development tools both on‑site and remotely to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in special projects, monitor progress, resolve issues and produce progress reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain system protocols, update procedures and prepare technical reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Train end‑users and technical staff on Orchestrator functionality and best practices.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards, including development of EnterpriseOne objects and application customization.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end ERP implementation or upgrade projects (2‑3 projects).
• Strong understanding of business requirements, troubleshooting and solution delivery.

Required skills

• Oracle JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne) development tools: BSFN, RDA, FDA, BSSV.
• API standards, scripting, Web Services and REST services.
• Programming languages: Java, Groovy, Python.
• Strong JDE development and customization skills.
