Enterprise Architect – BSS, Revenue Management & Channel

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will define and maintain the IT application architecture blueprint for du’s BSS and revenue management portfolio. You will map existing and new applications, assess capabilities, capacity and integrations, and ensure alignment with business requirements and the overall architecture strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update the applications portfolio strategy in line with the architecture blueprint.
• Analyse design changes, capabilities and interfaces across projects and change requests to keep the portfolio optimized.
• Translate business use cases into compliant technical solutions and support application selection, integration, reporting and analytics.
• Lead application lifecycle management, ensuring systems remain fit‑for‑purpose, compliant and future‑ready.
• Act as the single point of contact for cloudification initiatives and guide teams on modular, interoperable designs.
• Collaborate with Business Architecture, Solution Architecture and other IT teams to evaluate new capabilities versus re‑using existing ones.
• Support business case development for capability enhancements and drive funding approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or technology roles within the telecom industry.
• Proven track record in designing and governing enterprise‑wide application architectures.
• Strong understanding of BSS, OSS, and revenue management processes.
• Ability to work as a subject‑matter expert in cross‑functional projects.
