Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will lead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy, aligning business objectives with digital transformation and technology investments. The role works closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure architectural consistency, technology standardisation and long‑term scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the organisation’s enterprise architecture vision, strategy and technology roadmap.
• Establish architecture standards, principles, governance processes and reference architectures across business, application, data, integration, security and technology domains.
• Lead architecture review boards, provide governance oversight for major programmes and guide solution architects to ensure compliance.
• Drive cloud transformation and modernisation initiatives on AWS, Azure and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture.
• TOGAF certification preferred.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation programmes, preferably in banking or financial services.

Required skills

• Integration platforms, application modernisation, cloud‑native technologies and enterprise data management.
• Java, Spring Boot.NET Core, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis.
• API management, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman.
