Enterprise Architect Lead – NAWAH

About the role

The Enterprise Architect Lead (NAWAH) will define and drive ENEC’s enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures technology solutions align with business goals, establishes architecture standards, and evaluates emerging technologies. The lead will guide a team of architects and represent ENEC in external engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve ENEC’s enterprise architecture framework, operating model, standards and governance practices.
• Lead EA maturity assessments and implement improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational needs.
• Establish enterprise‑wide architecture principles, policies, standards and reference architectures.
• Create and maintain enterprise, business, solution and technology architectures to support current and future needs.
• Define target‑state architectures and transformation roadmaps for business and technology modernization.
• Provide architecture leadership for major programs, projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop annual EA plans, strategic priorities, performance metrics and capability roadmaps.
• Lead the development and execution of technology and digital strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable architecture initiatives, roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Conduct enterprise business capability assessments and identify gaps, optimization opportunities and transformation priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience with architecture governance, maturity assessments and roadmap development.
• Demonstrated capability to drive digital transformation and technology strategy.
