Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is the first point of contact after a deal closes, responsible for guiding large enterprise customers through adoption, integration and long‑term growth with Alaan’s fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship from post‑sale to renewal, building adoption plans, governance rhythms and executive business reviews.
• Drive deep usage across all spend categories, integrate Alaan into the customer’s financial systems and quantify the business impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities, lead cross‑selling of Alaan’s core products and manage retention and renewals end‑to‑end.
• Act as the voice of the customer inside Alaan, feeding insights into product roadmap.

Required profile

• 6+ years in enterprise customer success, strategic account management or similar high‑value relationship roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise accounts and leading large implementations.
• Strong financial fluency – able to build business cases and discuss value in commercial terms.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS or payments, preferably with UAE enterprise market exposure.
